- It’s returned in the original packaging.
- The item is free from stains, marks, or signs of wear.
- Your return is sent back to us within 14 days of our return approval.

If your return does not meet the criteria you will not be eligible for a refund.

To keep your item looking its best, please follow these care guidelines:

- Do NOT machine wash or dry, gently hand wash in cold or lukewarm water. Avoid hot temperatures to protect the fabric.
- Choose a mild detergent specifically designed for delicate or fine fabrics, (do not use bleach or strong cleaning agents).
- Allow to air dry avoiding direct heat or sunlight.
